BF50 honda outboard no power

i have replaced water pump/fuel filter/new gas/cleaned all three carbs and motor runs good up to 2k rpm but after that when you excelarate full throdle you have no power. any help would be greatly appreciated tks
 
If you are certain that the crabs are good, would do a compression test just to prove that is OK and then start looking at the spark system. I assume that there are no issues like badly dirty hull, bad prop etc?
