AD41 P-A Hard Start First Time of DAy

My AD41P-A, is hard to start only at the first start of the day. Thereafter it starts quickly. Just had injectors professionally rebuilt, calibrated. Even so the engine does not start easily the first start of the day. Any suggestions? PV
 
You probably have an air leak in the fuel system. Make sure your fuel filters are tight and all lines to the injector pump are tight.
 
After checking fuel filters for air leaks, I added Biobor JF to the diesel fuel. Amazingly, it helps remove the Hard Start problem.

Our fuel in the USA is not as effective as it once was. Thank you for the helpful ideas
