Volvo Penta TAMD 74 P-A, Wont Start!

Hi, I have a Viksund St.Cruz With an Volvo Penta TAMD 74 P-A. The engine wont start. There is no neutral light. On the flybridge i get diagnostic 9.1, no Communications With MS-unit. Inside when I push the buttons on the 3 button panel, all I get is light in active station and diagnostic as long as i push the buttons, nothing more, no blinking. Should it not it act the same on flybridge and inside? I have checked the wiring, the 12v to the push panels and all fuses in the system. Please help me somebody, I am stuck here. Is it the MS-unit or the ECU? Best regards Kim
