Torque Specs for 1988 - 88 HP Model #E88MSLCCC

Can anyone tell me what the Torque Specs are on the Head Water Jacket plates and the Exhaust Cover Plate between the jugs on my 1988 - 88 HP Evinrude Outboard Model #E88MSLCCC? I understand it is something like 20 - 24 "Inch Pounds"? Any help is appreciated!
 
Thanks for information. Two follow-up questions: 1) I read that as 6.666 ft lbs? 2) Where can I find thes specs?...Is there any on-line manuals available for viewing?
