I have the 3.1 gal tohatsu plastic gas tank. I was 7/8 filled with fresh gas, with fuel line disconnected, for about a week. WHen I checked it, the tank sides were sucked in. I released the air vent, but the tank stayed that way even with the fuel filler removed. Why did this happen? How do I fix the tank?
