130hp Johnson overfuelling

ive got a 130hp carb johnson and its overfuelling like crazy , when I run it on the hose the floor is black from fuel and oil , she smokes like a chimney also . The carbs are clean and the fuel is good , I checked spark and she seems fine . Any ideas ?

First thing I check is the color of the spark plug electrode...you want brown. If they are black and sooty the carbs are too rich...check the float setting. Also check for a torn fuel pump diaphragm...raw fuel gets dumped into the engine if it tears.
 
If this engine has a VRO pump, pull the pulse line off and see if fuel is present. After you pull the pulse line off, squeeze the primer ball and see if fuel comes out of the pulse line.
