Johnson 1990 90HP no lifting bracket

Hi the above motor J90TELSB does not have a lifting bracket on the water cover on the top of the engine as the catalogue shows on the Crowley Marine website. How do I lift this to put on the boat?Thanks
 
Dealers use a " flywheel puller " with a lifting eye adapter.--Uses the 3 threaded holes 5/16-NF threads on top of the flywheel.
