I am going to rebuild my carbs on a 1987 60hp merc. the engine rund pretty good,does have some hesitation,and I know the original owner never had them rebuilt.I am wondering is there a easy way to remove the attenuator cover to expose the carbs?I have everything off but the choke knob cable?I cant get to it.also is there a difference in rebuild kits? thanks for the help.
