simms Injector pump Lehman 120 1978

while i was yacking on about gear train rotations and counter etc , I forgot to ask , CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH DIRECTION A SIMMS PUMP ROTATES , WHEN VIEWED FROM FRONT PULLY END OR FLYWHEEL END and is it likely to make for a more complete burn if i advance it slightly
 
Hi henry,
your simms pump turns same direction as front pulley (clockwise). Moving the pump even 1/16" could have awfull results. It should be set at 20 degrees on the flywheel.
