I have been given a Tomos Ailsa Craig outbord it is 2 stroke air cooled, runs fine but will not swivel, I have tried heating the casing with a hot air paint stripping gun and all sorts of sprays including soaking in diesel to no avail. anyone got any ideas - apart from fitting a rudder to my tender.
