Blow By Chevy 305

First post. Thank you for any info and thoughts. I have a 1975 Cruise-A-Home with twin 305's. my starboard engine has a lot of blow by and some oil coming out of filler cap vent. Any thoughts on cause and fixes. Thanks again.
 
Ayuh,... Is the oil level correct,..?? Over-full would be a prime cause....

A compression, 'n leak down test will tell ya if there's a mechanical hard part problem, such as bad rings...
 
Sorry for delay in getting back to everyone, I work with troubled teens for a living and there is always a need. Oil level was fine and compression test was 6 @ 140psi and 2 @ 145psi. Any other thoughts would be great.
