i need info. like what year this may be. are they a good motor. are they reliable . can i still get parts and any input you may want to ad . thanks

Year is irrelevant. Model/serial is everything. Looks like a 50C. If so, skip it. No water pump parts available any more, unless you have kat69 custom cast one for you.
 
It may be a " fine motor " at this time.---But----Not much support from manufacturers and likely not as many good used parts available compared to more popular makes.
