1964 jh 19 outboard

Hi all, I am new to forum so here my first question. I bought a Johnson 3hp jh19 outboard. I think it is 1964. I am having trouble with the tilt lever mechanism and spring. Does anyone have one of these and can maybe help or provide a picture of this?
