73 chrysler 85hp impeller change

I recently purchased a boat that had this motor on the back. didnt even look at the motor when buying th
e boat because i planned to replace it. got it home and popped the cover and it looked perfect! put a new starter on it and fired right up but wasnt spitting out water. gonna try to drop the lower unit and change the impeller. any tricks i need to know about before i take this on? please help!
 
Easy change, Just use a bit of lube when installing the impeller.Change the oil when it's off.Any water in there? Do a pressure test. Profile, location? You might be close to someone who can help.
