There should be a fitting on your carburetor where hose slides over.----Your motor is a 76 model.------------75 is the HP and the third # indicates the year 6 for 1976. That is the way it was for motors in the 1970's.-----Pictures will help identify where the hose goes or if the fitting is missing.
