leaking lower unit due to shift rod seal

Hi, I have a 1987 force lower unit that is leaking from the shift rod seal on the water pump plate. It is the style that has the bellows (looks like a very small cv boot) to seal the shift rod. I can not find any of these seals for replacement. Any ideas?
 
I have the same one, had the same problem. I bought a "kit". It replaces the entire plate that the water pump bolts to. It wasn't the cheapest thing, I think about $150. But it changes the "boot" seal to a "donut" type seal.
 
Like Jerold suggests there are no parts for a repair(unless you find one on a shelf somewhere).Possible find a lower unit and switch parts. Where you located? Profile? I might have a part?
