90 running on only 2 cylinders

Hey guys..... I have a 1988 90 hp Johnson which seems to be running on only the right 2 cylinders. I have spark on both... I suspect one of the carbs. Does anyone know which carb it is or if that is the problem? Thanks
 
Likely not a carburetor problem !!-----------Top carburetor feeds the 2 top cylinders, and those only.--------------Is this something that happened all of a sudden?--------More history on this.----------Any work done with plug / coil wires ?--- Perhaps plug wires are switched.-----Compression test needs to be done too.
