Coolant in cylinder space

Have a 1987 Woolridge Jet boat with 351 Cleveland Ford motor and Kodiak Marine manifold system. Noted antifreeze colored coolant in two cylinders when pulled plugs. Had injury two yrs. ago, unsure if I notified friend to drain the petcock to manifolds which I usually do. Hasn't been in water for two yrs. Question is ideas on how system works and is it likely that the Kodiak manifold may have cracked to cause this. Gets very cold here in northern Canada. Also does anyone know of a good website showing a schematic of the system and how everything including engine exhaust and river water flows? Any help would be appreciated.

The Kodiak Jet pump provides the raw water, unlike I/B's or I/O's whereby an impeller pump is required.
You mention antifreeze colored coolant in two cylinders, so I assume that this engine is equipped with a Closed Cooling system.... yes/no?

Perhaps start by posting several good and complete photos of your engine, cooling system, and sea water plumbing.
