Whistling noise

I have a 2005 115 HP Mercury Four Stroke. Of late it has begun making a whistling noise. Mostly at low/idle speed. When the motor is bumped into neutral is usually stop then starts again. No loss of power or RPM's. Aside from the noticeable noise, motor runs fine. Noise seems to be coming from area of air intake. Any suggestions on the source?
 
3 things will can cause this: 1) screw missing that holds air silencer to block 2) air leak around o-ring at silencer/throttle body and 3) the most common is a dirty IAC valve.
