How do you set the timing on a BF25A engine

How do you set the timing on a BF25A engine? I see the timing marks on the flywheel and on the head but don know how you go about timing it
 
The arrow next to the T on the cam pulley should be aligned with the arrow next to the T on top of the powerhead (slightly to the port side of the top of the powerhead

The line on the T on the side of the flywheel should then align with the mounting boss that sits next to the timing belt tension pulley. Part of the boss itself forms a line for the alignment. You might have to rotate the flywheel 180 degrees if they do not align at first.

When rotating the flywheel, only rotate it clockwise, so you do not damage the impeller. Also, be sure to remove your safety landyard to assure that the motor does not start.

It is easiest to rotate if the spark plugs are removed....
