wrong gear oil fill and drain points

My Seloc manual has the wrong gear oil fill and drain points for my "74 120hp. It shows a drain plug next to the ball gear. There is not one on mine. The fill is just below the transom seal. Is the drain located inside the bilge area of the housing?
 
some had no drain. I think the ball gear shaft had to come out to fully drain it. alternative is to draw oil out with a vampire gun as best you can and refill.

How about pics of the drive. Then we can point out all 3 places actually 4 that need draining. I am counting the tilt clutch housing as one.
