1986 9.9 no spark

Only getting spark in the one cylinder. I've replaced coil pack, Wire is good, plugs are fine. Every once in a while i'll get spark. When it runs it will jump like its going to kick in but doesnt. I'm thinking its one of two things. Wiring harness or stator. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Try swapping the coils and see if the problem follows to that cylinder--swap both coils, and don't goof up the wiring color codes! (Make a diagram first.)

I've seen a bunch of bad coils lately.

Tried that and both coils are good. If it was to be a stator problem for example wouldn't neither sides spark. In which case it might be more likely a wiring harness problem.
