bayliner with force 85hp power problem

I have a mid 80,s force 85hp on bayliner, having power problems, compression tested the the cylinders 1 came back 150 2 came back 150 cylinder 3 came back 110 also had water in the 3 cylinder changed plugs started ran ok intill i tried to pull tube no power starts and dies when i try to pull it out of the hole ..any help would be much appreciated..
 
Water in the cylinder?? Could be something easy as a head gasket or as bad a cracked block.
I'd guess the first.
TRy removing the head and checking the gasket.Post some pics.

Be very careful when removing the bolts.They can twist off easily.
They were only put in with 20# of tourqe.
So if they aren't comming off easy be careful.
I use a propane torch and a hammer and PB blaster.
Spray,tap,heat,spray,tap,heat turn,Then repeat.
