My engine starts and runs as it should up to 3/4 throttle. At full throttle it bogs down to point of a crawl. At first I thought it may be not getting enough fuel. Put in new fuel line and pressure bulb, carbs. and jet are clean. Replaced plugs. Still have problem. Checked plugs and they were wet. Now I am thinking that the motor is flooding out at full throttle. Any suggestions ?
