installed a new fuel pump and canister , starts and shuts off , good lift pump , checked key switch and kill switch , has 12 volts at pump key on , jumped ground on pump and pump runs , engine wont stay cranked still wont run . has spark and will not run more than a second or two even if you spray it . alarm dosnt work unless i jump ground
