80lbs with a 24v system

What should be the average run time on a 17.5 ft boat at say 3 mphs. I only got about 1.5 hours out of mine. This seems low.

I have a 50lb. 12 volt w/a new DC battery and it runs about 1 hr at 100% power and 1/2 hr at 60% power then power drops to 10% for 1/2 hr.

There is no such thing as an average run time. There are too many variables that can affect it. Battery size, battery condition, wind, current etc.

I run a 24v/80 19' boat 2x90A/H 12v batts in series,the motor pulls 46 amps I get aprox 4 hours
