Clicking noise on 360

I've developed a clicking noise on my starboard engine. It changes from slow to fast as you throttle up. The engine also sounds "deeper" than it did in the past. The clicking and deeper sound both happened at once. It's operating fine. No loss in RPM or erratic behavior. Any thoughts?
 
I know what is! The intake gasket(s) are leaking at the cross over area (probably from not using the little metal plates when they were installed).

Here's what SHOULD be there.

I also developed a clicking noise from one of my engines, thought it was a bad lifter It turned out to be a bad fuel pump arm. Thanks to the great mechanics on this site, I was able to remove the fuel pump and replace it and now is quiet !!
