no spark

force 4cly 125hp crysler .the two white wires from cd moduler to terminal and back to ignition are all conected i get no spark. but when I disconnect one wire two of spark plugs fire and good spark on rear modular same thing happens when connect front modular good spark. when both front and rear are connected no spark onany of plugs.whats golng on .I need help.
 
I notice that water pump was not working. changed new pump. started right up all four cyl.my question is there a failsafe in water pump.that prevents engine from starting
