force 9.9 runs no power

My 9.9 runs but when I try to increase speed there is no power I check the fuel system and found no problems. I think it is in the ignition system

Check the compression/spark.
Then clean the carb.
Make sure the jets are clear.
The hoses and fuel pump clear,clean.

Same problem here. Checked compression - 110-120 both cylinders. Had just installed new impellor. New Plugs installed. Cleaned up and regapped the points. Spark to ground seems good on both. Cleaned carb but not completely. Found 1 airleak in gas line from tank but that didn't fix it. Checked fuel pump - diaphram intact but seems rather stretched. Will try running at high speed with choke out to see if that increases speed. Will try pumping bulb to see if that helps. Gut feeling is this is carb or fuel pump related. Will advise when fixed.

i tried cleaning everything,carb,lines, and still no power

See if there is good strong spark on both.-----Must jump a gap of at least 1/4" or better.
