Gale Buccaneer 15hp - Need parts and need to find serial number

Gale Buccaneer 1963. I'm looking for a tiller handle. The plastic throttle type. Mine is missing pieces and is cracked beyond repair. This is the type with the one screw mounting hole on the side. Does anyone know or know of anyone that would have one?

I have looked high and low and cannot find a serial number anywhere on the machine. By description I believe it is a 1963. Can anyone help? Thanks
