hello. Kinda new to boat motors and i had a 60hp evinrude vro given to me. I was told it has been sitting for a couple yrs. From my understand the vro means i dont have to mix oil. but i did with out knowing this. is it bad? also where do i put the oil then. I tried to start it with no luck. it turns over but wont fire. i pulled the plugs and and tried again with no spark. im getting new plugs tomorrow is there anything else i should do before trying to start the motor?
