TLDI vs four stroke fuel consumption

Which engine would be more fuel efficient at high RPMs : Tohatsu TLDI 115 or some other new four stroke engine (for example Honda) with the same horsepower?
 
TLDI is not 4-stroke technology. The new TLDI motors have excellent fuel economy at all rpm levels.
