ford 135 exhaust riser

ford 153 on a 43 ' nauticat sailboat. The riser comes off the manifold at a 40 degree angle and then goes down at a 40 into the muffler. the exhaust is 3 1/2 inches. There is a 3/4 - 1 " cooling hose at the top. Its corroded and it needs replacing. Any place i can find a new one ???

i'm not positive but this sounds like a part supplied by nauticat. if you can post a picture i should be able to tell you.
