Fiberglass paint??

I am putting fiberglass on wood for a project and curious to know what paint I am suppose to put on the fiberglass once it is dry on the wood...

are you just puting resin on the wood or are you putting fiberglass cloth also?Once the resin sets up you need to sand it and then clean it with acetone on a cloth.You can use gelcoat,urithane paint,antifouling paint,or even automotive paint if it isnt going to be in the water alot.If i knew more about your project,I can give you more better info.Good luck!!

There are many types of paints you need to make sure the fibreglass is fully cured before you top coat it rubbing it with acetone on a rag will make it take off. Use recommended hardner and reducers for the paint system you decide to use. Follow the instructions exact.
