MD90B Anode (Not bar)

I was removing the long bar anode on my MD90B Part# 3C7-60218-2 and I noticed that there appeared to be what looks like the mains of another anode with a single bolt towards the starboard hand side but further astern. It's mounted in the same location under the trim/tilt but I cannot seem to find out if this is in fact another anode. I never noticed it before but it has the same bolt type.

Can anyone guide me.....is it Part# 3B7-60218-1 block anode or should there be something else there?

Here's the picture. The two bolts closest to the transom had the bar anode but 3rd bolt had what looks like the remains of something else!
 
Also found a reference to a round anode 369-60218-1 - As I need to order the block anode as well was hoping to get the round one if it's needed or is it optional?
 
Yes, There is a round anode for the PTT mechanism: 369602181M ANODE, ZINC (ROUND) $6.83. I believe that's the one you are looking for.
