Propeller leaking oil?

Cranked up my boat for the first time this season, after allowing it to run for a little while I turned it off. About an hour later I noticed black oil coming out from around my prop. I had the oil changed in the lower unit last year, it has been in storage for about 6 months. There was no oil under the motor until after running it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
It is most likely engine oil dripping from the exhaust. I think you probably have thru-hub exhaust and you are seeing the results of oil and fuel dripping down the walls of the exhaust through the hub. Nothing to worry about. Just make sure your lower unit oil is topped up. Pull the top plug and put a tie wrap down the hole and check the oil level.
 
Well it dosen't smell like gear oil, so I will take it out and run it. Thanx for the advice, I feel alot better knowing it is not a serious problem. Thanks alot.
