Novice need help

Ok Went and bought a 1969 Stevens V-haul and it has a Merc 1000 on it I see the fill tank for the fuel in the rear of the boat but there is no fuel tank what is needed here to get me in business cuz im confused a bit with fuel pumps needed on some but not others sending units etc please help. Thanks

Ayuh,.... Tryin' to figure out what yer askin',....

Ya need a Fuel Tank, that fits the hull, at the end of the fuel fill hose,...
