hello ,anyone know how to testing and certification the fuel gauge and fuel sending.thx

if that one is the 'american' (US) version, apply power and the gauge should read like the picture. If you place a variable resistor between the S and the Ground terminals, the gauge should indicate as follows (based on the resistance "dialed in"): E at 240 ohm, 1/2 at 110 ohm, and F at 33 ohm.
You can check the sender in the similar manner with an OHM meter.
Typically, a fuel gauge problem is there's no deflection of the gauge with the key on and its cause is a bad ground between the sending unit and the gauge ground, especially with older vessels used in salt water.
BTW - would have been better to post this in the electrical section or the fuel section rather than the PCM Engine section.
