Velvet Drive 71C 1:1 to rebuild or not to rebuild

I have a mid to late 70's 71C 1:1 in 26ft Calkins Bartender. It has 900 hrs on it and has been sitting in dry storage since 1991. Based on the condition of the engine when I tore it down the engine/trans was run pretty darn hard. The trans fluid is clear and pink with no burned odor at all. It has the slightest seep at the rear seal. Should I rebuild or not. I am a professional mechanic so a rebuild should be pretty straight forward for me.
