312 Y Block Transmission Adjustment

I have a Dunphy X-55 with a 312 Interceptor. The transmission engages correctly when going into forward, but takes a long time(several seconds) to engage in reverse. Someone suggested adjusting reverse band, but how does one get to it ???????

Not sure on that one, but Steve Hilpisch may know he is at http://a2d-designs.com. He and his dad are sharp on those. I also have a Dunphy X55. Do you know which transmission you have? I have the c model dearbomatic, and i'm not sure which fluid to put in it. What do you use in yours?
