Bleeding atilt trim on a 1996 force

i have a 1996 75 force by Mercury and i just put a new tilt motor and pump on it. How do i bleed the system as It is completely dry. Also can i use jack fluid?
 
jack fluid should be hydrauklic oil but there is really noi guarantee. try to seek out some professional grade ISO32 hydraulic oil.

the system is self bleeding. top it off when the system is raised. when lowered it is pressurized and can spew fluid.
