66 3hp armature plate?

throttle lever still stuck . armature plate will not move. how do you remove the plate? have removed the screws that i can see. have oiled the flywheel shaft with kroll oil but won't budge. any ideas?
 
There is only four screws holding the armature plate.... usually philip screws, two of which are also long coil retaining screws. It may be be necessary to use a little heat via a hand held propane torch if the plate is frozen that bad, and if so, remove everything from the armature plate first.
