15 HP Evinrude Throttle Cable

I removed an old tiller handle and bought an new one off ebay 2 years ago and am just now getting to installing it. I will post the serial number and model when I get home. Now I can't remember where to attached the cable inside the motor. I remember it being a 1991. My memory isn't as good as I thought, so who knows for sure.
 
I answered my own question. I have the wrong tiller handle. The 9.9 and 15 have a short throttle cable and the 8 hp in the year range has a long cable. I picked up the wrong handle. I can see where it connects just inside the cowling by the tiller handle.
