88 Hp tilt/trim new motor fluid leaking

Just got the new tilt/trim on for the second time and having a fluid leak appears to be at base of new tt motor. Any suggestions what could be causing this to leak. Leaks heavy in the down position. Thanks in advance.

Was the t & tilt unit off the midsection for motor replacement ???---------------------------I would say the O-ring is damaged or the motor is not sitting true on the pump body ( cocked ) perhaps
