Tilt/Trim Relay location on 88HP

Checking for some help in locating T/T relay on '95 johnson 88HP. I see it on the parts diagram, but cannot locate on the engine.

The 88 models normally did not come with trim and tilt.--------------If it was a factory unit installed it would be at the back of the engine in a small box about 3 by 5"-------------Two screws take off the cover.
