The prop was spinning badly so I replaced the prop hub with the polyurethane spacer attached to it as well as the washer on the end of the shaft (both old parts were completely worn to nothing). The prop still slips a little when I have it in gear and I move the prop with my hand. I haven't taken it in the water yet because I don't know if this is normal. Can anyone shed some light on this?
