I have a 4hp 4-stroke Yamaha. The rubber has seperated from metal band on the little clamp that adjusts the turning tension on the engine. I have a new part (#6EO-42528-03) and need to know if I need to install it dry or use grease to prevent it from grabbing. Any suggestions?
