2001 yamaha hi thrust power trim/tilt problems

If you are familiar with 8 hp pwr trim/tilt hydrolics, help. how do you release the hydrolics when the system doesn't work . 2001year I think.:confused:
 
It is on the right side of the mount. You will see a hole on the lower right side (the hole is facing to the right and you will have to be on the right side of the motor and mount to see it).
It takes a slotted screw driver. The screw head will be horizontal and you will have to turn it vertical (in the "free" position).
