Ihave a 85 hp evenrude im having problemes with it lost fire to #1 cyl. so i checked the coil and it works then i checked the power pack and no fire from the power pack on #1 so i bought a new power pack and still have the same problem no fire on #1 cyl. can anyone help?
 
Information and more information !!-------Model # of the motor is ??-------------------What do you mean by " no fire " -----------Is it spark that will not jump a 7/16" gap or when you take plug wire off then motor still runs the same.
 
NO FIRE The 85hp. evenrude is MODEL#85790 year 1977 NO spark at spark plug or plug wire at all even when you pull plug wire with motor running no change in sound of motor.
