I have a 1954 Evinrude Fleetwin that has set for the past 25 years. I know it ran when it was put in storage but appears to be seized up now. Does anyone know if it's worth anything? How hard would it be to rebuild it or is it worth the time and parts? Are replacement parts and gaskets available? I remember it was a good outboard and started first pull almost every time. I would love to see it running again but not sure if its worth it.

Rebuild to sell, not likely.
Rebuild as a project, up to you.
It all depends on the condition of internals like crank, pistons, cylinders etc, but you will not know until stripped down.

If the pieces are in good shape and measure near new then it would be no different that refurbishing a 10 year old motor.----------Parts is parts and your time is free.

Set motor so sparkplugs are up, remove sparkplugs, pour in some good "Penitrating oil"
like Kroil or something other than wd40.
Let it set for a week then try to turn the flywheel with Your hands [do not force].
Once it breaks free tune it up and try to start.
Good Luck.
